The maintenance team is a professional team consisting of experienced engineers, project management staff, as well as commercial management staff. The team is mainly engaged in providing services such as product maintenance and related trouble-shooting activities, etc.
To ensure safe operation of power grid, C-EPRI is committed to prompt response in case of equipment safety emergency, e.g. fault trip event, within 24 hours (in China). C-EPRI has a well-established accident prediction system and related contingency plan, which allows quick and accurate elimination of equipment risks.
To achieve customer satisfaction, we would regularly make telephone follow-up and pay site visits to customers, to keep us informed of equipment health, and promptly respond to customer request.
C-EPRI specially sets up a spare part inventory for key components used in the schemes, supported by internal database, which makes possible tracking and management of spare parts in a real-time manner.
C-EPRI offers comprehensive training programs for engineers, operators, and maintenance personnel as per customer needs. A wide course portfolio is available covering the entire scope of electricity transmission, power electronics and network solutions,from fundamentals to in-depth equipment knowledge.
